We are a lakeside community of 676 residences comprised of condos, townhomes and single family homes located off Johnson Street in the heart of Pembroke Pines, Florida and within walking distance to shopping, schools, healthcare services and CB Smith Park. All entry into the guest gate requires showing and scanning of an ID / Drivers License. All homeowners and permanent residents can obtain a barcode for resident lane entry.

Expecting more than 3 guests? Submit a written guest list in advance. “Admit All” orders are not acceptable.
Valid driver’s license required for entry. No exceptions. Advise your visitors accordingly.
